Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates:
Nationwide South Africa: R120 flat rate
Free delivery for orders over R1500

Delivery Time:
Major Cities: 2-3 business days
Other Areas: 3-5 business days
Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Courier:
We use trusted couriers  i.e The Courier Guy.
You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Please contact us at theherbalcollectivesa@gmail.com within 24 hours if your package is damaged or hasn't arrived after 7 business days.
